The Appart' is rented fully furnished, we provide absolutely everything including sheets and towels. Internet access is also included as well as many household appliances.
Yes, a deposit is required when entering in the apartment, whether if it is a weekly rental or a yearly rental. Part or all of the deposit may be retained in the event there are some (or lot) of significant(s) damage(s) to the Apartment.
You can rent the Apartment for one or more weeks, provided that the asked weeks are availables or that the apartment is not already rented for the year. To find out, contact us or visit the Homelidays Page of the apartment with the details of all the reservations done (see "Rental" page).
No, it is necessary to agree an appointment at a specific time well defined in advance. Our professional activities and our family life don't allow us to wait for you on the site all day. A Contact is therefore essential, and the respect for schedules to avoid any misunderstanding.
You have only one interlocutor, I am at your disposition for each question or problem encountered in the apartment to rent in Saint Gervais les Bains.
The notice period is one calendar month (30 or 31 days). If you send to us your letter of notice on January 20, and if we receive it on January 22, the exact departure date at the latest is February 20.
